Fair and responsible use
Typing Gauge shows objective assessment results and whether a candidate met the thresholds you configured. It does not rank people for hiring or make decisions. Typing results should be one input among several, and you should offer reasonable adjustments for candidates who need them. The employer remains responsible for all hiring decisions.
